toddler-friendly. We did Gymboree last year and that worked out okay but I wanted something that would allow for a lot of energy release! Can't expect a 2-year-old to actually play games or sit for more than five minutes! Has anyone done Monkey Joe's or anything similar? Is Chucky Cheese's too much for 2-year-olds? I haven't been there since I was a kid!!!|||Chucky cheeses is a parents night mare. Its good during the week but weekends OMG theres a million kids some times even a line out the door to get in. Try doing online searches for places for childrens birthday parties in your area Ive done that for my son and a bunch of web sites come up for places Ive never even knew were around.|||chucky chees's isn't to much for a kid.
i think my mom took me there when i was two, so yeah, by all means take her there.
or to the park or something.
|||chuck e cheese is never too much or not enough for anyone of any age group. i had my son's there his 1st, 2nd and 3rd! haha.

there are some gymnastics studios that rent out to guests. the kiddos can get on the rope swings, trampolines, and tumbling mats. really cute and great way to express all that energy. |||Here in Utah they have this place called the "kangaroo zoo." It's just a bunch of bouncy devices and trampolines and stuff. It seems pretty fun. Maybe you have a similar place in your area.|||Monkey Joe's is awesome!! My son is going to turn 2 in October as well, and we have been bringing him to MOnkey JOe's for the last month. He LOVES it...unfortunately he wouldn't stay in the toddler area, but wanted to go on all the big kid things...this worried me...BUT, he managed well and the people who work there are awesome..they watched over him, and made sure that older children weren't being careless. Now he is a pro at ALL of their inflatables and can mingle and play with 4-12 year olds.
