Isn't that a place mature people take their kids 4 fun? Not,their own fun!?!?!|||Your question seems to assume that "mature" people don't drink for pleasure, which tells me that you don't understand responsible drinking. A beer or glass of wine is not "immature" if it's not chugged or following one after another after another. Many people enjoy the taste of these drinks and the mild relaxation that light drinking affords. Yes, that's even people with kids, even at Chucky Cheese.|||I worked there as a cashier for about 2 years, and there was a VERY strict two drink MAXIMUM. There were never more than three cashiers on at a time (they were the ones that poured it), so it was virtually impossible to get more than that. We only sold coors, coors light, and two different kinds of wine. As far as WHY, unfortunately only the corporate offices can answer that specifically, but I agree that it probably comes down to money.

However, I don't see any reason why a "mature" (as you put it) person should not be allowed to enjoy a glass of wine or beer with their pizza, as long as they are doing it responsibly, which they are forced to do with the drink limit. Why shouldn't a parent be allowed to relax a bit while their kids go have fun?

I never encountered any problems with our rules (which also included ID-ing everyone, regardless), or as a result of people consuming alcohol on the premises.|||Because beer and pizza goes good together.......that's why....
If I take my kids out for Pizza, there is nothing wrong with me having a beer while we eat and the kids play. Also... the Chucky Cheese in my Area only sells beer and wine.there is no hard liquor being consumed, they don't have a "bar" and you never see a bunch of loud partiers going there to get drunk. And what the heck is wrong if I have fun too!!!!
Someday you should try to realize that you don't have to get drunk to enjoy a beer with your meal.....and having a beer has NOTHING to do with maturity....|||You're absolutely right. Parents should never drink in front of their kids. Kids need to grow up understanding that people will pretend they don't drink in front of them but are actually getting fried when they're not around. Then they can grow up and do the same. What would this country be without hypocrisy?|||Basically just because they want their money. And what are the parents gonna do while their kids are having fun? Drink. I know it's bad, and they shouldn't, but it attracts more customers. However, I don't agree with their idea of selling it their.|||If you had to deal with a hundred screaming kids all day and ego-filled parents, you would start drinking too!|||It's beyond me! Maybe they think that after a session with the kids, they need it! But Parents would be very irresponsible to do so.
I'm afraid "Chucky Cheese" gets a thumbs down from me on that one!|||The profits they get, restaurants make the most in liquior and gambling machines. Sad isn't it?|||Because adults come there too(parents). Plus, just because they drink, it doesn't mean they will get drunk.|||Lol because I was wondering the same thing. Maybe because a loaded dad is freer with his game machine cash.|||Do they really sell alcohol? HMMM, I do not really like that place anyways and their food sucks.|||Maybe they serve it to help the parents get thru the ordeal! lol!!!!!|||i agree|||chucky cheese doesnt care about stuff like that...chucky wants money..and booze brings the money.....
